Shipping & Delivery
We DO ship outside of the USA. Products are shipped from Las Vegas, New Jersey, and California. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.  We ship via the United States Postal Service when you choose the Economy delivery option. The United States Postal Service delivers packages Monday through Saturday. 

We ship via UPS Ground when you choose the Standard delivery option. UPS Ground Delivery delivers packages Monday throughFriday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses. 

Orders sent by 2-Business-Day or Next Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 2-Business-Day or Next Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. 

Orders placed with Saturday delivery will arrive Saturday if placed between 11:01 A.M. EST Thursday and 11:00 A.M. EST Friday. If an order is placed outside of these hours, it will be shipped via the Next Day delivery option. We do not recommend choosing Saturday delivery if you are placing your order outside of these hours. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. 
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business-Day, Next Day and Saturday delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Justlinen.com is proud to offer to ship to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipping may vary.- See more at

Chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or nnewsgroups We make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to you. With whom your information is shared and how it is used

When you provide information to islandgrooms.com, the information is stored in our databases, such information is used by islandgrooms.com in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information we collect is used to tailor your experience at our site, to show you content that we think you might be interested in, and to display the content according to your preferences. We also use such personal information to send you and other wedding pparticipantsinformation and promotional materials on us and some of our partners if you have opted to receive our newsletter. Survey and contest participation is entirely optional. Your account log-in can be easily accessed by visiting our home page at www.islandgrooms.com. However, even if you delete or change some personal information in our registration database, it may still be stored on our databases (including those kept for archival purposes).

Please be aware that on our site we have advertisements and links to other websites that may collect personal information about you. Returns & Replacements

UPDATED November 1, 2012

WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT OR ARE DAMAGED. REFUNDS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTABLE WITH A RMA NUMBER. IF ITEMS DO NOT HAVE THIS NUMBER THEY WILL BE REFUSED.

 *Important Notice: There are NO Returns or Exchanges for orders outside the United States*

It is important we provide a hassle-free online shopping experience for our customers. We want you to be totally satisfied and that's why we offer a 30 day return period on standard garments. With the exception of all "Clearence /Outlet" items, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in origonal packaging, and all tags attached, within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All returns must include a copy of the invoice with your order number and MUST have an RMA#. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instuct us otherwise. Please allow 30-45 days to receive and process your return. Once we have completed the refund, your credit card company will post it to your account. Please contact your bank for their policy timelines.

Orders with out a RMA# will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. 

 ** Please Note - We do not refund shipping cost.

Justlinen offers several brands which allows us to exchange items quickly. If you would like a different item or size, Please contact us @ 702-750-9704 and provide us with your order number. We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise. (one exchange per order)

 Restocking Fees:

* A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all returns. 

This fee is in place becuase of our dropships. Justlinen has to buy these products from various manufactures and to return them to the manufactures costs us 15%. We are a small company and returns can criple a business. Please make sure you know all your sizes before you order. All of our products are tailorable.

A tailor can make adjustments to any garment to make it fit perfectly to your body type. 

* ALL Linen returned will have a 15% restocking fee applied

To wave the restocking fee we can offer a store credit good for 12 months. 

The credit will be attached to your original order. To get this credit please note this on your return with your RMA #.

For added security, your billing address at Justlinen.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.   An authorization hold is placed on the card at the time of order placement, but your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. For orders which ship the same day as they are placed, the authorization hold may appear as a second charge. This hold is released from the account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's specific policies. If you are using a debit or check card for payment, the funds will immediately be deducted from your account.   *Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card.
Viewing Orders
If you have a registered account with Justlinen.com, it's easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the Shippers Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments.
