Refunds/Exchanges
It is important we provide a hassle-free online shopping experience for our customers. We want you to be totally satisfied and that's why we offer a 30 day return period on standard garments. With the exception of some "Outlet" items, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in origonal packaging, and all tags attached, within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Include a copy of the invoice with your order number and instructions. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instuct us otherwise. Please allow 30-45 days to receive and process your return. Once we have completed the refund, your credit card company will post it to your account. Please contact your bank for their policy timelines.
** Please Note- We do not refund shipping cost.
Justlinen offers several brands which allows us to exchange items quickly. If you would like a different item or size, Please contact us @ 702-750-9704 and provide us with your order number. We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise. (one exchange per order)
Restocking Fees:
* A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all returns that are not returned exactly as sent- Unworn and returned in origonal packaging or returned after 30 days.
* ALL Linen returned will have a 15% restocking fee applied
** Important: an addional 15% Restocking fee applies to all merchandise not returned to our Las Vegas Location.
